Communication with requestors from local and international. Engine test related software and equipment understanding and maintenance. Support engine team overall management tasks, including f inancial / b udgetary, e ngineering , equipment and parts management, etc Supervisory and training of engine lab technician. Take the lead to perform engine test for TC according to requestor’s requirements. Develop and manage test adaptors and other parts needed for engine setup . Develop and manage engine test suppliers, technically specify engine consuming parts, service parts order (local and international) . Support engine team overall management tasks, including f inancial / b udgetary, e ngineering , equipment and parts management, etc. Be able to lead and instruct technician s to do engine/equipment operation and maintenance. Be able to communicate well with requestors (both local and international) for technical or management issues. Qualifications: Graduated with degrees (bachelor or above) from Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or similar departments, internal combustion engine or automobile concentration is preferred. At least 3 years working experience, engine or turbocharger test experience is preferred . Understand engine, engine test process and related issues. Understand engine test equipment s and facilities, sensors, instruments and gauges. Ability for mechanical design, basic electronic and electrical understanding . International company work experience is a plus. Leadership experience is a plus . Team player&excellent communication skill. Fluent English oral, write and read capability. Experienced in engineering lab construction and set-up is plus.
