JOB RESPONSIBILITIES( 岗位职责 ): 1. Provide day to day analytical support to Group Controller. Construct financial models and analyses. 2. Coordinate with finance, marketing, sales, and operations to generate the division revenue and gross profit forecasts. Track performance versus plan. 3. Work with corporate accounting to review and update all business unit /group expense budgets. 4. Work with cost accounting operations to maintain accurate standard costs on all business unit products. 5. Prepare quarterly business unit P 6. Work with operations to analyze inventory levels, product reserves, excess and obsolete materials, etc. 7. Work with marketing to analyze revenue and profit drivers, by customer and by products. 8. Coordinate cross-functional projects with IT to automate the generation of critical business information. 9. Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and regulatory rules. QUALIFICATIONS ( 任职资格 ): 1. Accounting degree, MBA a plus. 2. Five or more years of prior related work experience. 3. Experienced in financial analysis and modeling including department budgeting, cost of capital models, business valuations, and manufacturing margin analysis. 4. Extensive experienced with accounting systems and MRP, SAP or Oracle experience a plus. 5. Self starter mentality, strong analytical background and a history of working on cross functional teams. 6.
