Contributes with innovation trend&product portfolio analysis, development of portfolio options including related business models and support of implementation programs to the development of AS BU strategy. Tasks: -Analyzes product requirements of the Chinese High end PLC market and competitors on portfolio level incl. technical requirements, builds up a deep understanding of the needs of automation product market (applications), derives a product portfolio based on fact-based analysis and proposes AS product management appropriate concepts -Controls and coaches the product lifecycle process for the PLC products and takes part in product definition process / review process for new world wide product developments to make the products successful in the Chinese market -Analyzes innovation&technology trends in the chinese market, derives a strategic roadmap of automation innovations in emerging markets to contribute insights to the AS innovation and product roadmap -Communicates with central SLC functions, manages contacts with customers and other contacts etc., aligns and coordinates all activities with AS HQ department "Product Management" (Reporting Function) -Fair observation and reporting Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in automation or related.
