职位类别： 生产/加工/制造 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-01-24 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 不限 管理经验： 是 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： Job description 工作描述 - manage the machining division to make sure machining task is fulfilled acc.to production plan - 管理机加工车间，保证按生产计划完成机加工任务 - lead the team,motivate and get them trained - 领导，激励团队，并培训团队 - responsible for the safety management of the machining division - 负责机加工车间的安全管理 - make sure the work place (incl.machine and equipment) is clean, in good order and operative status. - 保证生产现场（包括生产设备）整洁，有序，状态良好 - manage the technical document on shoplfoor to make sure correct and necessary information is transferred and understood by the operators - 管理生产现场的技术资料，保证正确、必要的技术信息传递给操作员，并使之理解 - machine load planning - 机器生产负荷的计划 Qualifications 技能要求 - sound knowledge and hands- on experience in mechanical machining with CNC machines - 具有用CNC机床的机械加工的丰富知识和动手经验 - independent, proactive and robust personality - 独立，主动和充满生机的性格 - long years working experience in supervising machining work - 多年管理加工工作的经验 - familiar with related governmental safety regulation - 熟悉政府有关安全方面的法规、制度 - open and result oriented, team player, good human approach - 具有团队精神，善于同人交流，坦诚并为达到目的而坚持不懈 - able to communicate in English (orally and written) - 能用英语沟通（口头和书面） - PC literate and mechanical drawings literate - 会使用计算机，识图 - college education in mechanical engineering preferable - 大学教育（机械工程）优先 联系方式： 工作地点在上海的，简历请发至 sdme@sdtmail.cn 工作地点在北京的，简历请发至 hr@sms-demag.cn 工作地点在武汉的，简历请发至 luoguofeng@sms-demag.cn .
