职位类别： 计算机软、硬件/互联网/IT 客户服务/技术支持 工作地点： 北京 发布日期： 2008-01-25 工作经验： 3-5年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 是 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位描述/要求： JOB DESCRIPTION: Senior Delivery Manager to lead and manage multiple project teams located in BJ and SH Provide day-to-day leadership and technical project management to deliver the project on time and on budget Creation of detailed work plans in Microsoft Project. Provide, track and report technical project budget and forecast and project status reporting Ensure project changes are managed and executed properly Ensure traceability of requirements throughout project lifecycle Establish leadership and build core technology competencies Facilitate technical work group meetings and technology deliverables Participation in customer related activities Lead in making estimations, writing detailed project plans, tracking project plans Participate and lead in providing presales activities and support including but not limited to RFP, RFI, proposals, pilots… Leadership role in building and maintaining strong customer relationship development QUALIFICATIONS To qualify for these positions you should have: Strong working experience (min. 5 years) managing large complex projects encompassing multiple technology platforms and architectures. Demonstrated organizational and leadership experience, ability to drive execution, performance driven with the necessary intensity and optimism to succeed and deliver. Flexible and adaptable with the ability to negotiate and influence. Disciplined thinker and capable of working across organizational boundaries in a very demanding, high-output environment. Strong project management skills, a proven ability to deliver high-quality technical projects on time and within budget, excellent communication skills and distinguished teamwork skills. Experience as a Architect and /or Technical Project Manager Solutions Crafting skills Excellent presentation and public speaking skills Excellent leadership skills and have good communication skills Have a good educational background (Preferably BE/MBA) Have at least 8 to 15 years of overall experience Have at least 3 years of experience in .NET Have at least 2 years in Practice Management, Pre-sales, solutions or delivery role in delivering projects Have knowledge of software development processes and methodologies Have provided sales/operations support with deep subject matter expertise Have ability/willingness to travel internationally Have good communication skills The following are desired: Understanding of Standard Software Process (CMM) and Six Sigma Methodologies. Green or Black Belt certification is a plus.
