ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: l Develop technical specifications, prepare bid packages, and perform technical bid evaluations for the purchase of pre-engineered boiler related mechanical equipment. This would include, but not be limited to, fans, pumps, burners, valves, and sootblowers. l Engineering review of vendor supplied drawings, specifications, datasheets, and other documents for compliance with project requirements. l Lead and provide technical support to the group of engineers responsible for the above activities. l Supervise, direct and review the day-to-day work of the group to ensure on-time, quality, project execution. l Support the proposal effort by production of man-hour estimates and review of project specifications. l Participate in the development of the project schedule to ensure that mechanical equipment engineering deliverables and input requirements are defined. l Tracking and managing the progress of the group and reporting the percentage complete to the Cost Control department. l Coordination of workload with other engineering disciplines. l Participate in engineering investigations of problems. l Development and maintenance of work processes. l Staff evaluations, recruitment, definition of training needs, and execution of training plans. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: l Bachelor’s degree in engineering. l 10+ years of experience in boiler related auxiliary equipment. l 3+ years of experience in a management role. SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: l Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate one’s own work and the work of others. l Ability to effectively represent the department to the company’s customers, other departments, and other FW organizations. l Fluency in English and excellent English writing and oral skill. l Strong and effective communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills l Ability to work with upper management and to manage multiple and conflicting priorities l Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills, shares expertise with others PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Occasional travel to other offices and jobsites will be required to support project execution and sales efforts. 联系方式: 请发详尽中英文简历至 china_resume@fwc.com Please send your resume both in English and Chinese to china_resume@fwc.com .
