As a representative of our team, respond to every single request of customers. Depended on customer requests, know where and when to look for his/her team or team leader. Ensure customer satisfaction and improve relationships. Ensure all communication channels are available. Obey the dispatch by management. Resolving remote access issues, printing issues, and network connectivity issues. Provide application support to the customer or company’s dedicated IT application. Stay current on latest technical innovations in the industry, specifically as it applies to MS Windows and related layered products.
