Lay a course according to the demand of the contract, follow up the procedure of the project, and supervise and coordinate every department to finish the project according to the plan. Organise and supervise manufacture in workshop and customer file service thereby delivery on time and solve quality problem Maintain detailed records of all contracts in order to have a good trace to review and improve Determinant the objection against the quality from the customers, establish the correct measures, and organize the after-service.
