ְλÀà±ð£º ÖÊ¿Ø/°²¼ì µç×Ó/°ëµ¼Ìå/ÒDZíÒÇÆ÷ ¹¤×÷µØµã£º ³£ÖÝ ·¢²¼ÈÕÆÚ£º 2008-03-28 ¹¤×÷¾Ñ飺 3-5Äê ×îµÍѧÀú£º ±¾¿Æ ¹ÜÀí¾Ñ飺 ·ñ ¹¤×÷ÐÔÖÊ£º ȫְ ÕÐÆ¸ÈËÊý£º Èô¸É ְλÃèÊö/ÒªÇó£º Job responsibilities (main tasks) / ¹¤×÷Ö°Ô𣺠-Work closely with the Sourcing Engineer Electrics, HW/SW-Modularization Team (DTTM), Strategic Procurement Team (DTTP) at Rieter head quarter in Switzerland and Quality assurance department -Has a deep understanding of physical coherence of electrical components. -Targeted products are e.g.: switches, power supplies, inverter, motor, signal devices, cables, contactors, transformers, -Make functions tests for electrical and electronic parts. -Improve the electrical and electronic parts in coordination with sourcing andquality engineers -Establish and operate the test place by Rieter in Changzhou -Experienced in operation of measuring instruments -Planning, carry out and take care of field tests in coordination with the product development engineers. -Ensure international standards and quality level, according to the target markets and Rieter-standardization. Has preferably knowledge of international standards. -Transfer technical information from DTTM to the supplier in order to clarify technical requirements from Rieter -Monitor the related schedule tightly, anticipate possible deviations and start correction actions. -Communicate project status to DTTM, DTTP, and development engineers -Close cooperation with Rieter development engineers, overseas business trips to Europe can not been excluded. -Keep transparent filing in very good English language -Ensure proper transfer from test-series to 0-series and to series -Is independent and ready for business trips, lasting several days. Job qualifications/ÈÎÖ°Ìõ¼þ£º £ minimum bachelor degree, preferably electrical engineering £3-5 years, experience in technical project work (preferably localization projects), team work, experiences in engineering and testing for electrical equipment are of advantage £good experience in electrical and electronic parts £experienced in foreign owned or JV companies are of advantage £Coordinating skills £strong communication skills, love to work in a committed team, solution oriented £very good English written and spoken (frequent e-mail and telephone contact to oversea) £Basic knowledge of Word, familiar with Excel; ERP experience preferred £committed, focused on details, diligent ÁªÏµ·½Ê½£º .
