HP provide call center related professional service in Financial industry, related client including Insurance and banks, and service offering including: Planning, Architect design, solution implementation and operation services. job description Engage in project planning. Based on the project situation propose delivery model, onsite delivery, onsite + offshore delivery or offshore delivery Understand client’s business strategy and business driving factor, help client to develop business requirement&business process Define solution for client’s business requirement Lead a team to development or testing, the team may include people come from different company and bank, team may be virtual team, including onsite and offshore team member. Manage and motivate team to promote performance To coordinate the people in/out of the project to do development or integration testing Be proactive To be the advisor of client’s project sponsor on the project approach, project management, project performance improvement and key technical issue. Engage in the onsite system maintenance service after system go live Take the responsibility for project deliverables quality and TCE your profile Minimum 7 years working experience, within no less than 2 years in banking industry At least 2 years PM or Project leader experience for banking project, PMP certification is preferred Have deep insight technical view, and have technical leadership capability, know how to manage key technical issue in project and make sure the technical consistency Solid hands-on banking solution development experience, Internet-banking or core-banking system delivery experience is proffered Good communication skill Know how to motivate team to promote performance Korean capability is must, Korea/ or Korean company working experience is proffered English capability is must 联系方式： .
