The major areas of responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: * Gain thorough understanding of overall product architecture and key features to be able to conduct testing properly. * Gain thorough understanding of overall test plans and be able to work out test plan for individual components testing * Develop functional test plans and test cases from functional specification and software design documents. * Execute test cases, analyze results, create defects, verify fixes and perform follow up work to resolve issues. * Review functional specifications, assess their coverage, assess their testability, and provide meaningful feedback. * Patient and meticulous to the details. * Bachelor (undergraduate) or Masters (graduate) degree in computer science. * Strategic and tactical thinking capabilities. * Good English on both Oral and Written. * Strong communication and facilitation skills. * Experienced with Stress test, performance test. * Must have 2+ years experience on automation testing with LoadRunner. Solid experience with QTP and Quality Center is a plus. * Experience with using DBMS system, Oracle/SQLServer experience is needed, * Over two-year web development project experience and system deployment on Windows, LINUX, UNIX 联系方式： .
