The Job: Reporting to the HR Manager, Greater China (based in Beijing ), the selected candidate will be responsible to provide vital all-round HR advisory to assigned business units. The candidate will assist in the delivery of customer-focused HR programs, services and consultancy that will improve business and operational performance. He/she will be assisting the HRM in the day to day staffing functions and at the same time, handle learning and development projects. Other responsibilities also include but not limited to: Support staffing strategies in China . Assist in the establishment of relevant recruitment vendors to aid current and future hiring Participates in HR projects on a local and regional basis, where appropriate. Update and support policies changes and alignment Support employee training&development programs, each year, to enhance the pool of people talent which can achieve growth goals Assist and coordinate employee orientation program to introduce all new employees to the corporation, its people, structure, businesses and policies Review development actions plans derived from Performance Management Expected work attitude and approach: Demonstrate consistent high levels of service-orientation, initiative, reliability, and flexibility¡ì Manage own work effectively, with clear priority-setting Work effectively with others and foster a productive team environment. Communicate effectively with managers and others to ensure high-quality end-product To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria: You will be a dedicated Human Resource personnel with previous experience at a similar level within a corporate environment.
