Ericsson China R Systems Management is looking for a candidate to further strengthen our team with competence in O system management. The specific role is to work as a system engineer who analyses the customer O requirements and defines the overall O solution to be developed for the various fixed broadband access networks. The solution takes into account all the network elements and element manager system. Analyze customer requirements Define the system level O solution and the impacts on the different nodes Maintain a system level development plan for the O solution Support local market unit in performing technology lobby activities Manage the technical aspects of the technology trials with local operators Involvement in the O standardization in CCSA Qualifications Candidates have to be able of driving technical discussions with customers, towards the local market unit and also towards the global design units. That will require a person with a strong drive, good organizational and networking skills. Education Level: Minimum a Master of Science certificate in Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent Experience Levels: Minimum 3 Years plus in telecommunication area, 1-2 years in the O area, system design experience is a big plus Language: Fluent in written and oral English and Mandarin communication 联系方式： .
