Obtain and maintain a wide knowledge of Ericsson Radio Network products and digital design environment and methodologies used within Ericsson R Centers and in other organizations. To carry out effectively and efficiently all the activities which corresponds to the position. Comply with and follow the directive, instructions and procedures in force in the company and the R Center. To support the digital design manager in the task to ensure that the digital design activities within the R Center in an efficient way fulfill the needs of the R Center projects. Keep track on new technology, methodology and design techniques, ensure that digital design activities hold a competitive level. Digital design work within the R Center projects. Establishment and development of digital design environment within the R Center. Qualifications University degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent Excellent knowledge of Wireless Communication systems Excellent knowledge of different digital design areas mastering at least one of the areas design, FPGA design, clock and synchronization design, signal integrity and baseband design. A minimum of three years experience of technical work within wireless communication systems and digital design.
