Develop and negotiate a sound commercial - performance based contracts, supplier performance Qualification Basic/Required Ability to write, read and speak fluently in English and Chinese A minimum of a bachelor"s degree in engineering or any four years course Willing to work oversea Self-motivated and willing to accept responsibility and ownership of work assigned Minimum 5 years of working experience Must be proficient in using Microsoft office tools such as power point, word and excel.
