ORGANIZATION Reports to Area Manager KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Develop and implement city¡¯s sales action/execution plans(Restaurant/Entertainment/KA channel) to achieve sales and distribution targets 2. Develop and maintain customer information systems to collect/analyze/evaluate and report market intelligence information to senior management for decision making (including pricing, wholesaler, consumer segmentation/behavior, etc.) 3. Develop, train, coach and motive sales team and recommend changes in organization structure 4. Develop and implement trade (wholesaler, sub-wholesaler) outlet planning and assist in professionalizing trade partners¡¯ sales teams.
