Key responsibilities: To prepare annual forecast and promotional budget and decide on promotional strategies of each product in his/her responsibility. To achieve annual sales budget within approved promotional expenses budget. To develop promotional activities in collaboration with sales staff in order to achieve sales objective. To implement all promotional activities as planned within the agreed time frame To decide on adequate inventory level of each product in co-operation with Marketing Manager, BUM and other dept when needed To train and supervise medical sales representatives to enable them to be effective and efficient To assist Marketing Manager in other additional tasks as requested prepare monthly report on products movement and result of promotional activities and report to Marketing Manager within the 10th working day of the month Position requirements: Pharmaceutical Science with 3-5 years working experience in OTC pharmaceutical market MBA or experience in Product Management will be an advantage Good presentation skills and oral communication skills Self-motivated, creative and well organized Good command of written and verbal English 联系方式： Interested parties please send CV in full to CHuang@antal.com.cn Please indicate the position you are applying for.
