职位描述(Job Descriptions) 职位简介：本职位需要设计员与香港图文制作团队同事流畅地沟通并独立工作，通过运用微软办公软件，为亚太区尤其是日本区客户设计编辑公司会议材料，并使工作达到客户满意的程度。工作描述根据内部客户提供的要求，运用公司内部基于Word和PowerPoint研发的软件，制作及编辑标书，演示文稿及其它会议材料即能够独立胜任所交付的工作，又具备良好的团队协作精神和工作热情需要适应夜晚及周末工作（夜班设有额外补助）技能要求工作认真负责，善于沟通和表达。可以做到英/日文描述，并胜任英语环境的工作流程。具备日语能力者优先。熟练掌握微软办公软件，并能够熟练运用Photoshop，Illustrator和CorelDraw等相关软件，具备扎实的计算机运用及学习新软件程序的功底、并要求有很强的审美观和创新意识要求高度的时间管理能力和责任心，愿意接受挑战性的工作，能够及时高效完成任务相关经验及资历要求大学专科以上学历，通过大学英语六级或日语等级考试二级水平有4年以上图文设计、制作，印刷出版或者相关工作经验曾就职投资银行或咨询公司，及拥有英语/日语环境的工作经验Job descriptionThis position requires someone to work independently in Beijing or Shanghai as part of a large global graphics team. The candidates create and edit documents for internal Investment Banking clients within Asia Pacific specifically Japan. Hands-on experience in creating all aspects of Microsoft documents or graphics design work and ability to read and type Japanese is highly desirable, though not a prerequisite consideration for the position.Job dutiesCreate and edit English/Chinese/Japanese presentation materials from in-house developed templates using MS Word and PowerPointCapable of working independently but also a good team player Coordinate and communicate in English or Japanese with internal clients and regional officesNight shift and weekends work maybe required with allowanceSkills requiredFluency in English or Japanese with good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal clients in Asia PacificProficiency in Microsoft applications, English, Japanese and Chinese Word ProcessingStrong time management including punctuality, appropriate sense of urgency, ability to review and prioritize high volume of work under intense deadline pressureExperience/Education sought College graduate with CET IV or JLPT IIMinimum 3 years experience in desktop publishing, graphics design or related field preferredExperience working in an investment bank or consulting firm or multinational environment an added advantage .
