Design, write and implement production testing procedures. Interface between company and CMs for all technical issues during production. Job Responsibility: Understand and document designs from R team in order to solve manufacture problems. Assist R design team and senior staff in critical component supplier and technology selection. Facilitate the product manufacturing introduction process, design, develop, and implement with CM the manufacturing test plans. Responsible for product yield improvement, failure analysis, and improving device reliability; Ensure production meets delivery schedules. Job Requirements: Strong digital circuit design skill with very good board level design experience; Familiar with production related processes; Applicant must have strong problem solving and hardware debugging skills, and strong ability to understand existing designs. Strong knowledge networking equipments, and protocols, TCP/IP, Router, LAN Switch, ATM, SDH, PDH, and Etc. At least 5 years working experience in the field of telecom or network products, hardware design or product engineer experience in optical transport or data network products is preferred; Good team working, communication and presentation skills; Bachelor degree or above in electronic engineering, computer science or related discipline with excellent English writing skills. 联系方式： An attractive compensation and benefits package will be offered to the successful candidate.
