Manager: Process Engineering Manager Work Location: Shanghai (Jinqiao) Factory SUMMARY This position is responsible for the hydraulic part machining process development&control. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop&maintain part machining process through effective PPAP tools (Flowchart/PFMEA/Control Plans/Capability Study/GRR/Work standard)&SPC quality control tools. Coordinate with other departments and keep daily support / service to production, improve and maintain machining processes; monitor processes and ensure them properly and consistently validated to meet quality requirements; Lead the machining problem solving with effective 8D quality tools. Process cost estimation including machining cycle time and capacity’s check and ratify. Cost reduction with process improvement by reducing the setup time, cycle time and effective low-cost cutting tool application. New machine/tooling/gage technical investigation and quotation coordinate with purchasing dept. Participate in quality, productivity, yield&maintenance cost improvement programs. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Over 5 years engineering working experience on machining process, hydraulic or automotive background is a plus; Strong hands-on experience of machining process including the CNC programming, measurement, set-up&machining problem solving. Good understanding of new product development process, hydraulic part machining is a plus. Knowledge of lean manufacturing is a plus. Knowledge of quality systems and quality tools as QS9000/ISO9000 and APQP, PPAP, 8D, SPC. Good interpersonal skills to effectively lead, motivate and facilitate others in group situations. Good language skills in English; Strong PC skills on Auto-CAD&MS office, and UG experience is preferred. 具有5年以上的金属切削加工企业工作经验, 如在液压或汽车行业为佳。 了解现代化制造的方法，熟悉机械加工工艺，具备数控编程调试及切削刀具的应用能力，具备较强的组织协调能力和判断能力. 了解各类测量仪器、设备的用途及特点,了解各类夹具的特点及清洗、包装后道工序等。 熟悉零件开发的规范和流程,如APQP, PPAP 和8D,能熟练运用质量工具,如SPC, Cp/Cpk。具有液压类零件开发经验为佳。 了解质量系统,如QS9000/ISO9000 等等。 具有良好的沟通能力,团队精神。 具有良好的英语听说写能力。 能熟练运用Auto-CAD, Microsoft办公软件 和UG经验为佳。 联系方式： shirley.fang@shperspective.com .
