We invent it. job description As a Software Manager for the Handheld group, you will be leading a group of software engineer working on EMM from technical perspective. EMM is an OMA DM standard-based solution, which provides the essential mobile foundation for operators and management authorities to deliver a high quality mobile experience. It provides valuable real-time access to the mobile device giving you unprecedented insight into its settings and configuration, usage patterns, resident software and applications; and control by providing the capability to remotely diagnose device issues, deliver software and feature updates, configure service settings, or develop targeted mobile campaigns. As part of the EMM development team, we offer you a challenging work environment that promotes innovation and improvement. Minimal 2+ year manager experience in software development Minimal 2+ Project management experience, good planning, tracking skill. Fluent in English and Mandarin Good problem solving skill. Good team motivation and couching skill. Good communication and team work spirit 5+ yrs hands on experience in J2EE 3+ yrs Experience with Oracle and/or Mysql, SQL Creation of DB, Tables, etc 2+ yr Experience with Weblogic and/or JBoss server: Deployment of applications, Installation etc knowledge of IP network and wireless network technologies, like SMPP, UCP, GPRS, CDMA , GSM International company working experience is a MUST DM experience is a plus 联系方式： .
