Key Responsibilities: 1.Responsible for the sale of Molecular&Cell Biology consumable products 2.Ensure that AB products are represented in the territory in order to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual targets. 3.Develop and explore business opportunities in the territory. 4.Prepare sales forecast report both quarterly and yearly with high accuracy. 5.Develop and maintain relationships with key customers. 6.Drive and initiate development of new business opportunities and references, 7.Increase sales by actively selling and developing tactical plans to maximize revenues 8.Organization of meetings or other communication channels to ensure effective communication across functional units 9.Collect and provide market information to marketing peers 10.Detailed technical explanation of Molecular&Cell Biology products and application in seminars and exhibitions Education/Experience: 1.Bachelor"s Degree (B.S./B.A.) in a scientific discipline (molecular biology, genetics or biochemistry) required.. 2.At least 2+ years related relevant experience, preferably selling Molecular&Cell Biology products. 3.Very strong self-learning competency Integrity and Judgment 4.Be proficient in computer software (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.) 5.Be able to work under pressure and in a high efficient environment. 6.Good presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills.. 7.The ability to build, maintain and nurture long-term relationships with customers. 8.Good track record of successful sales experience in life-science market. 9.Adapt frequently business travel. 职责范围: 确定并联系潜在客户,发掘销售机会,服务现有客户,以实现销售目标。 主要职责: 1. 负责所在区域公司分子与细胞部门产品的销售。 2. 完成公司产品在所负责地区销售的季度和年度指标。 3. 在所负责地区不同的细分市场中寻找并发掘商业机会。 4. 收集了解所负责区域内竞争对手的情况。 5. 与客户建立良好关系。 6. 与市场部紧密合作参加研讨会、展览和演示会,以拓展业务机会。 7. 完成所负责地区的销售预测报告。 教育/经历背景: - 分子生物学或生物化学相关专业本科及以上学历者优先 - 三年以上相关销售经历,良好的分子生物学产品销售技巧, - 良好的与客户进行专业技术交流的能力 - 良好的演讲、谈判和处理人际关系的技巧 - 良好的时间管理能力 - 了解有关分子生物学、生物化学或化学方面的知识 - 熟练操作office办公软件 - 客户建立、培养与维护的能力 - 工作主动积极 - 在生命科学市场有成功的销售业绩 - 能适应经常性出差 联系方式: 有意者请将中英文简历 email至: chinahr@appliedbiosystems.com .
