For our client’s security technology field in Shanghai, we are looking for a Senior Electronics Engineer Your Tasks Job Scope Position is responsible for the design, development and launch of new electronic and electrified security and safety products for the commercial and residential marketplace Major Responsibilities -Direct a cross functional team in the development of technical product specifications for an outside OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) firm to develop a platform of electronic locks -Responsible to review the OEM"s design feasibility proposals and match to product specifications -Assure that all costs are on target and make trade off recommendations to management -Analyze and evaluate on product samples/prototype to ensure compliance to quality, functionality and cost target -Provide technical advice to test manager for test plans, beta (field) testing and certification test -Provide technical advice to SDE team on critical dimensions identification and process Cpk values required -Maintain team task schedules in product launch projects strictly control in timeline, ensure product production and launch within the time frame -Make detailed diagnoses on complicated quality issues, determine the root cause and take corrective action Your Profile - Project manager skill set on electromechanical products. Use of MS Project as a tool for developing and maintaining the project schedule. Must have had previous experience in leading a project or sub team - Experience with integration of electronics with electromechanical components such as switches, motors, and locking mechanisms - Familiar with DFSS, FMEA methodology for technical and project risk mitigation - High Energy level, self-motivated to lead others. Collaborative mind set to work with outside OEM"s to accomplish project goals - High English proficiency - Experience with firmware, software collaboration and development 1.Linux, C++ experience required 2.Embedded Systems programming experience required 3.Proficient in schematic capture and familiar with PCB (Printed Circuit Board) design guidelines required 4.Ability to use design tools including logic analyzer, spectrum analyzer, function generators, power meters required 5.Familiar with microprocessor and micro controller applications including 80c51, 80c52, 80c251, 80c320, 80z751, z80, 64180, PICxx series, v25+, Intel 80x86, Motorola 68360, 68302 required 6.Linux driver and Linux system experience desirable 7.C, .NET, or Java programming desirable 8.Familiar with Programmer/EPROM Burner, Emulator/Debugger (ICE) desirable 9.Knowledge of Access Control products to include magnetic cards, smart cards, prox cards, keypad or biometrics desirable 10.Experience in Wireless hardware design compatible with Zigbee, Bluetooth, and/or Z-wave desirable 联系方式： Your contact For further information please do not hesitate to contact Ms Lily LU in Shanghai.
