As a FE manager to manage the 3 maintenance crews at 3 Manufacturing Sites with the help of from crew monitor at each Site, also manage the FE engineer group to support the maintenance crews, both for work and people management, mainly focused on "People management". 2. Be responsible for all FE maintenance crews commitment, to keep the team operating well so that to maintain the normal operation of all MFG facilities and office building facilities. 3. Managing the training and guiding maintenance team (3 crews) for the necessary professional skills and routine work for all of the equipment and facilities at above mentioned 3 MFG Sites. 4. Coordinating the team work with other MFG, Logistic departments to support the operation. 5. Communicate with all crew monitors and employees, well understand the work requirement and employee needs, make coordination and balance for both sides as a people management staff. 6. Manage the work schedule and people arrangement, meet the work requirement based on meeting Government Labor Law and related Regulations/Requirement. 1、 作为厂务工程部经理，在每个场地的维修主管的帮助下全权管理3个工厂的3个维修班组的工作与人员，着重在人员管理。 2、 对FE电工班组的所有承诺负责，保持各个班组的正常运作，从而使公司的生产设施/设备、办公室建筑的设施/设备保持正常运作。 3、 对以上3个生产场地所有设备与厂务设施所必要的专业技术与日常工作原则的培训与督导工作负责。 4、 协调与FE其他团队以及生产部、物流部等其他部门的日常工作，包括维护保养工作、参与项目工作以及其他安全管理、环境管理。 5、 作为人员管理者，与各个班长和全体员工保持沟通，了解公司与员工的需求，协调、平衡工作与生活的关系，加强人员的管理工作。 6、 在遵守政府劳动法和有关法律、法规的基础上，负责工作计划的制定与人员安排。 Requirements: 1. 4 year university, bachelor degree, majoring in mechanical or electrical engineering. 2. 5+ year working experience, including min. 3 years experience as the management staff for 20 or more technical people. 3. Rich experience on maintenance work for manufacturing equipment and plant/office building facilities, years in an electronic appliance plant is a plus. 4. Enough loyalty to the company and career, with high passion to the work and self motivation. 5. Should demonstrate the leadership ability and practical work experience during the interview and during the probation period to lead a bigger team. 1. English Proficiency of Grade 4 is a must.
