Direct lab daily work SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES - Coordinator to develop, maintain and improve supplier quality management system - Lead SQA team coordinate with material group to survey, qualify, audit suppliers. - Supplier quality assess and feedback, - Direct regular system and process audit and corrective action coordination; - Lead team solve nonconformity material quality issue and drive for continuous improvement. - Direct lab conducting Mechanical, Chemistry&Electric test and analysis to support product quality/reliability meet requirement. If necessary, interface outside lab for product characteristic testing. - Team building and motivate subordinators to achieve department goals. Train staff tools. - Develop budget and manage cost centre within budget. Education Qualification: Bachelor Degree in either science or engineering, prefer Master Degree Competences: ISO/TS16949 experience is a must, prefer with background of PCBA, Cable Experience on supplier survey, audit, qualify. Knowledge of quality tools, like SPC, FMEA, QCP, Why-Why, etc to drive supplier quality improvement. Understand of mechanic, metal, cables material manufacturing process Other Skills: -Working knowledge of computer and statistical software is a must -Ability to communicate in both English and Mandarin is a must Years of Experience: 6 years and above 联系方式： .
