职位类别: 市场/市场拓展/公关 工作地点: 北京 发布日期: 2008-03-25 工作经验: 1-3年 最低学历: 本科 管理经验: 否 工作性质: 全职 招聘人数: 1人 职位描述/要求: Working Location: Beijing JOB SUMMARY: At the highest level, the Research Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Pfizer China Strategic Planning team with primary and secondary research, analytics, and insights related to the overall pharmaceutical business in China including the external environment, health trends, Pfizer China , and our competition. The Strategic Planning team will use insights developed by the Research Analyst to drive key business strategy projects designed to accelerate the revenue and profitability growth of Pfizer China . The Research Analyst will also be expected to be an “early warning system” for the Strategic Planning team and the overall leadership team at Pfizer China i.e. use quantitative and qualitative research and data insights to proactively communicate potential challenges and opportunities for Pfizer China . KEY RESULT AREAS&JOB ACTIVITIES /TASKS: As a member of the Pfizer China Strategic Planning team, support the strategic planning and long range forecasting process and support key business strategy projects with research and analytical insight Identify research methodologies and approaches to help answer strategic questions (including research project management) Perform general research, statistical analysis and/or modeling and use creative means as necessary to provide a complete quantitative and qualitative data backed answer to strategic questions Concisely summarize the key findings of all data and research in actionable and relevant reports Assist in the development of ROI models and business cases for business strategy projects Use deep insight into the local, regional, and global healthcare and pharmaceutical environment to identify relevant business trends and identify high potential growth areas Have a deep and real time understanding of pharmaceutical and health care trends in China Identify the major relevant external trends shaping the business environment and suggest key challenges/opportunities for Pfizer China Coordinate closely with other functions to complete understanding Ensure a high level of market awareness and intelligence amongst the Pfizer China Strategic Planning team and the Pfizer China leadership team through effective reporting and communication Develop a methodology and communication vehicle for ongoing environmental scanning Provide regular updates on key trends and insights to Pfizer China leadership Distill complex research and analytics to its key significance for senior leadership BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS: 2 years experience in a research/analytical role in the pharmaceutical/biotech sector Experience using IMS databases and other key data sources for the Chinese pharmaceutical and health care sector Experience conducting complex analysis using statistical tools, databases, spreadsheets, decision support, ROI modeling, charting and graphing, and other financial modeling Essential: Undergraduate degree qualifications in a health related discipline or in business /marketing COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS: Top-notch research and analytical skills (inc. financial modeling) Ability to work with a variety of existing data sources and creatively gather primary data when necessary Report design and development Pharmaceutical/Biotech knowledge (preferably in the Chinese market) Independent and team based work approaches Excellent English Skills Strong Communication skills (verbal and written) Trend Identification and Analysis Strategy Identification Adaptability Business acumen Innovation&Risk Taking 联系方式: 进入辉瑞公司人才库,赢得更多机会!
