Respond for supply ISO registration and ISO system management by working with China supply management team. Work in the field and plant with JV production team to provide technical supports and quality supervision. Main Responsibilities: Working with regional CI team to seek for business guidelines to develop and implement China supply continue improvement plan. Working with local supply team to implement and support continue improvement project to meet business goals. Respond for supply ISO registrations by working with supply country and regional management team. Working with ISO agency and Supply Management team to conduct ISO audit regularly. Implement Pioneer quality management tools in both field and plant to support supply operations to delivery quality products and customer services. Qualification: Education: Master"s degree required in agricultural plant sciences. Work Experience: New graduate, 2 to 3 years of operational experience in agricultural or plant production systems are preferred. Technical/Professional Knowledge:a)Agronomy or plant science b)Seed production knowledge c)Seed plant operation experience Very good planning and organizing; Very strong inter person skill; Proficient oral and writing skills in English are required; Strong skill of Microsoft Office products that will be used for written communication, data captures analysis and reporting. Good user knowledge of any software tools that are implemented to improve business effectiveness.
