职位描述(Job Descriptions) 992 招聘职位：Coating MP Manager/Coating MP Director（烤漆项目经理/总监） 工作地点：东莞/深圳/北京/上海/广州/珠海/佛山/中山/东莞/江门/顺德/长沙/南宁招聘人数：12 一、Responsibilities: - Acting as first and primary window of contact, and as a coordinator between China factory and our headquarters" design team on related project development, sample and manufacture process approvals, and process enhancement; - Responsible for leading the factory powder coating, lacquer coating and plating NDP process; - Duplicate the coating process and workmanship from US; - Assess project issues and work with Engineering leads to guide project team on direction to resolve issues, - Set up technical requirements of projects by working with Engineering leads and manage the impact of these requirements on the overall project level. - Responsible for coating products performances, quotation, cost control effectiveness and continuous cost review,. - Optimizing of resources with keen tracking on manufacture efficiency, scrap rates and cycle time. - Responsible for management of projects - monitoring of manufacture processes from business launches to delivery, ensuring of schedules and progresses, achieving quality objective and meeting customer requirements. 二、Qualifications: - 5-10 years of working experience in the technical field and had played significant leadership role within a R project, understanding NPD process is required. - Proven project management experience in a cross-functional product development environment, preferably in the lacquer coating, powder coating and plating manufacture industry. - Verbal and written communication, organization, problem solving and interpersonal skills are necessary.
