职位描述(Job Descriptions) 1. Arrange to make developing sample according customer"s demand; Monitor and push ENG dept to offer cost for Diane to offer best price for customer in time; Update developing samples according customer"s new demand ect; 2. Reply customer"s email in time, and forward customer"s demand to relevant department (Punching Dept, Sample Room) correctly and prompt. 3. Arrange to create Projection SO for pending orders according to customer"s forecast; Control and manage all Projection SOs and actual orders to keep from duplicated orders; Monitor production and payment status to arrange shipment in time; To inform FG warehouse to deduct qty from Projection SO correctly; 4. Check sample approval status with HK office and keep record accordingly; 5. Check material inventory against BOM and actual QTY of Salesman order and decide to use a special material to cover short cycle time of salesman orders. 6. Create BOM according customer"s GIS and pass to ENG to add BOO; Maintain PART NUMBER (NIKE) in vantage system according to customer updated GIS and forecast. 7. Offer relevant document and fabric for ENG DEPT to do heat-seal test and washing test and send the test report to customer and keep record accordingly. .
