Performs 1st Article Inspections and reviews the results with Quality Engineer 2. Performs incoming inspection according to the Quality Plan 3. Reviews non-conforming material with Quality Engineer 4. Insures accurate information in the NMR forms 5. Supports maintaining part history database 6. Supports receiving inspection data collection and generation of the reports for distribution 7. Performs periodic in-process audits 8. Achieves and sustains 5S’s level in Receiving Inspection area 9. Updates the current job description with additional tasks and review it quarterly with the Team Leader 10. Completes self evaluation&training needs on a bi-annual basis for Team Leader review 11. 完成首件检验并与工程师共同评审检测结果 12. 根据质量计划，完成相关的进料检验 13. 和质量工程师一起评审不合格物料 14. 确保《不合格品报告》上相关信息的正确性。 15. 协助 维护零件的历史数据记录 16. 协助维护来料检验数据的收集，及完成需发放的报告编制。 17. 完成定期的制程审核任务 18. 维护来料检验区域的5S’ 19. 有新工作任务时，及时更新当前的工作细则，并每季度与检验组长对其进行评审。 20. 完成半年度的自我评估并提出培训需求供检验 组 长审核 TRAINING/SKILLS REQUIRED: 1. Secondary school or above and minimum 3 years experience in Quality 2. Familiar with inspection and audit techniques 3. Must be able to read and interpret prints/specifications 4. Proficient in the use of mechanical inspection equipment including CMM, Projector,calipers, micrometers, indicators, air gage, go/no go gages, and other mechanical inspection equipment 5. Familiar with ISO 9001:2000 standards and documentation 6. Willing to work within the prescribed procedures 7. Solid computer skills (Excel spreadsheets, Word documents) and data entry 8. Able to perform cycle counting as required 9. Able to discuss technical problems encountered with Receiving Inspection Quality Engineer 10. Able to compile and maintain inspection records 11. Able to communicate problems via written forms and data records 12. Expected to take initiative to identify problems and communicate to responsible personnel 13. 中专及以上学历， 3 年以上质量领域相关工作经验 14. 熟悉检验和审核技巧 15. 必须能够看懂并解释图纸以及规范 16. 能够熟练使用机械检验设备，包括CMM，投影仪，游标卡尺，千分尺，刻度表，通止规和其他的一些检测设备。 17. 了解ISO9001：2000标准和相关的文件。 18. 愿意按照规定的程序工作 19. 熟练的计算机使用技能（Excel 表格以及Word 文挡）,数据的录入。 20. 需要时,能够完成定期的巡检工作. 21. 能够和来料检验工程师一起讨论碰到的相关技术问题。 22. 能够对来料检验的记录进行汇总并维护。 23. 能通过书面报告和数据记录来沟通问题。 24. 希望能够主动发现问题，并且及时和相关责任人进行沟通。 SUPERVISION OF OTHERS: May be required to provide work direction and/or evaluate work performance of inspectors in the Receiving Inspection department. 需要时能对收料检验部的检验员提供工作指导，并对其进行绩效评估. 联系方式： .
