The candidate will assist contract manufacturors to design, implement, and execute test strategies for several different Broadcom product lines. Must have strong verbal and written communications skills; be independant yet work well on teams; have project planning/organizational skills, and demonstrate analytical thinking. Capable of driving regular communications with factories in China and Broadcom resources worldwide insuring customer delivery commitments are met. Requirements: BSCS/BSEE or equivalent + 5 years of applicable experience in a test environment. Must be fluent in English and be able to work independantly Experience working with Manufacturing Test essential Help Manufacturers debug factory test setups, identify root cause of problems, train them on customizing test software, qualify stations, audit test capability, support Broadcom Test Engineers in Irvine, support Broadcom Design Engineers worldwide Participate in test strategy implementation, data analysis, test plan documentation and assist contract manufacturers with ongoing sustaining support for the project assigned. Analyze results and assist with problem solving Must have demonstrated strength in the ability to plan, organize, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously.
