职位类别： 生产/加工/制造 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-03-21 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位描述/要求： Operation 业务职责： Take action on all emergency reparation. 对紧急故障修理采取行动。 Prepare preventive maintenance document and planning to be implemented for main equipments /tools / buildings of the industrial installation of AST. 准备定期维护文件，计划实施AST主要工业设备/工具/厂房的安装。 Prepare a listed catalogue of the main components of each major equipment of the industrial installation. 准备工业安装的每个主要设备组件的目录。 To manage the decision together with the team and supervisor which spare parts are necessary for the continuous operation of AST. 与维护主管及小组一起，管理备件的持续利用。 Order&manage spare parts with necessary safety stock . 订购及管理备件，控制备件的安全储备。 Support the process engineer with existing knowledge about tools and industrial alternatives to solve problems. 以现有的设备知识及其他工业选择方案支持工艺工程师解决问题。 Provide technial support for team member. 对小组成员提供技术支持。 Prepare necessary training schedule for production operator and maintenance. 为生产制造操作工及维护小组准备必要的培训计划。 Provide training for production operator and maintenance. 对生产制造操作工及维护小组提供培训。 Prepare improvement plan according to current situation and management decision. 对于现有的情况及管理决定准备改进计划。 Continuously improve equipment/facility. 不断改进设备及工具。 Investment project follow up. 投资项目跟踪。 Budget follow up. 预算跟踪。 Internal ISO 14001&9001 related work. 内部ISO14001&9001的相关工作。 Management 管理职责 Motivate team members. 调动本班组员工积极性。 Follow-up maintenance team activities on a daily basis. 跟踪维护组的日常活动。 To support maintenance team work. 支持维护小组工作。 To schedule the workload and manage the resource. 安排工作进度，管理资源 To supervise the employees in the team to abide by the national regulation and policy related to environment, health and safety self-consciously. 督促本组员工自觉遵守国家与环境,健康及安全有关的法规政策。 Requirements/要求： College graduate or similar 大专及相似学历 At least 5 years working experience with maintenance in general electrical/mechanical knowledge 至少5年电气或机械方面的维护工作经验 Experience leading or working on a facility related project management team 具备与设备相关的项目管理小组的领导或工作经验 Good English skill in oral and reading. 优秀的英语沟通能力 Ability to use computer software including Excel, Word and Auto-CAD 能够运用计算机软件如Excel, Work及AutoCAD Good communication and team play skill 良好的沟通及团队合作技能 Ability to manage sub-contractors and suppliers 能管理分包商及供应商 联系方式： 沪太路3588号 邮编：200444 邮箱： recruitment.ast@areva-td.com .
