职位描述(Job Descriptions) 岗位职责： 监控并全程参与项目租船的有关事务 监控/执行项目租船操作 项目租船/现货市场/整船包租的销售 协助项目销售进行运费议价/确定运输条款等 建立项目货船东/经纪人的数据库，维护与船东/经纪人的良好关系以便及时了解项目租船市场的信息 建立远东相关航线的运价表并密切关注航运市场 作为投标小组成员对投标中对散杂货的海运费的提出评审建议。 建立期租船操作的操作标准流程 负责对新员工进行关于项目租船知识的培训 在销售开发拓展中提供期租成本核算/航运市场信息的资源共享与技术支持 为销售报价提供海运费预算支持 其它任何由项目经理分配的工作任务 Qualifications: Over 5 years related working experience Familiar with shipping market and related shipping lanes Familiar with ship owner and ship brokers Strong communication skills and team work spirit Excellent oral and written English Job Description: 1. Supervise and fully involve in project chartering related issue 2. Supervise operation of project chartering shpts 3. Project chartering/ spot market / FCC project cargo sales 4. Assist project sales to negotiate freight rate / shipping terms until fixture 5. Setup project ship owners / brokers database for sharing ;Maintain effective communication with ship owners / brokers in regards to keep fresh sense to the project chartering market 6. Build freight matrix based on far east related shipping lanes ;closely follow shipping market and keep latest update 7. Bidding participant on ocean freight rate suggestion and decision 8. Build time charter trip / time charter operation SOP 9. Trainer to new employee and other staff concerned on project chartering 10. TCT cost calculation / shipping market sense sharing in regards to support sales development 11. Ocean freight indication for sales quotation 12. Other duties assigned by Project Manager .
