Job Description Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer Mechanical Design Engineer Key Responsibilities: -Responsibility for the application engineering and processing of Technology Specification -Responsibility for the technical support for equipment localization --Implement technical drawing conversion，translation and material selection --Towards purchasing&suppliers --Towards parts planning&assembly --Maintaining technical documents for assembly, purchasing and service --Preparation of proposals for the adoption of parts to local standards --Supporting QA / QC for the technical evaluation of parts --Technical support of service, assembly and purchasing -Responsibility to develop and realize strategies and actions to achieve the increasing sales and profitability targets -Responsibility for the co-ordination, communication and co-operation for shared tasks during offer and order processing, claim and warranty management between engineering and sales, after sales, production, purchasing, logistics and finance. -Responsibility for the budget and project cost planning and achievement for the engineering department together with finance&controlling -Manage the whole process of machine assembly, testing and quality controle Requirements and candidate qualifications: -Bachelor major in Mechanics design or equivalent ( Machine Tools designer is preferred ) - Minimum 5 years working experiences in the field of industry and familiar with machining process -Skills in ERP-systems (SAP), PC and CAD-systems (AutoCAD, Solidworks, PRO-E,) -Show initiative and can-do attitude -Good communication and conflict resolution skills -Good command of both Mandarin and English in reading, spoken and written 联系方式： xlu@micropoise.com .
