Coordinate and coach technicians to eliminate all the mould troubleshooting timely协调和指导技术人员及时排除模具异常 3. Set up the mould maintenance plan, evaluate implementation建立模具维护计划，评估计划执行结果 4. Identifying the mould status to repair inside or outside确定模具内部还是外部维修 5. Mould Productive and Non-productive preventive maintenance 模具生产性和非生产性维护保养 6. Set up training plan for subordinates to ensure their qualification for company policy, safety operation, quality concepts, TPM.建立下属培训计划，确保下属理解公司政策，安全操作，品质意识，TPM，达到上岗要求 7. Define and integrate the documentations of mould resume and repairing record定义整合模具履历及维修记录 8. Define and manage the mould spare parts and safety stocks定义和管理模具配件 9. Assist injection section manager to make sure annual budget and cost management协助注塑经理确定年度预算,成本管理 10. “5S” layout and maintenance in maintenance section部门5S维护 11.
