职位描述(Job Descriptions) Essential Functions/Responsibilities: Lead application teams through the SDLC processLead design, review, develop and implement test plans, scripts, tools using the detailed business requirements document provided by project leadDrive six sigma quality rigor and project flow down related to testing Effectively engage CIS application teams, experts, and leadership as needed Assigned as Subject Matter Expert to projectsReview minor and major enhancement requestsFollow-up with Operations Intelligence Center on production issues related to testingPerform reviews of test casesAssist SQA team in conducting system test audits and database test audits.Metrics collection and Report resultsQualifications&Requirements:Demonstrated exceptional software quality testing and quality assurance skills Full software lifecycle testing experienceStrong project management, communication and coaching skills * Excellent analytical and problem solving skills High level of energy / enthusiasm Capable of grasping concepts and quickly learning new technologies with minimal formal training Ability to effectively interact with project team, leadership, technical staff and cross functional business communities Previous programming experienceAbility to communicate effectively and influence others at all levels of the organization MCA / MSc (Computer Science) / BESix Sigma / CMMI certified a plus .
