职位描述(Job Descriptions) c83 Responsibilities:Builds and executes the Category/Sourcing plan for allocated countryManage and maintain the view of 3rd Party Suppliers for the EDS accounts and Clients.Develop and execute Business Plan based upon business environment and requirements to improve key service metrics, optimizing efficiencies and cost reductions for major accounts.Interact with EDS accounts and clients to collect pipeline projected spend for products and services for Demand SignallingDevelop client relationship and conduct client satisfaction survey Assist in New Business Support to meet the plan for Growth as requiredConduct Sourcing activities and/or Supply Chain Projects as required Negotiation of new agreements to meet EDS and EDS’ client expectationPrepare, review and process complex correspondence of a contractual and business nature in support of the supplier relationship. Evaluate suppliers and products/services to leverage buying power across the enterprise, minimizing total cost of ownership. Support the implementation of supplier strategies, conduct supplier market analysis and create contingency plans for product alternatives and supply continuitySupport the implementation of processes to ensure ongoing improvements.Operate consistently, as a member of the Asia Pacific Team in accordance with Global Supply Chain Processes and PolicyDeliver what your commitmentsQualifications/ExperienceThis role requires candidates with a combination of contractual and commercial skills.It requires an individual with the following knowledge and experience:At least 5 -7 years working experience in a Supply Chain ManagementRelevant purchasing, procurement or business qualification Experience in working in a large multinational organisation.Proven ability to influence remote teams/stakeholders of professionals; vendors; clients to achieve cost effective and timely solutions.Good knowledge of Supply Chain Management in an Outsourcing environment, including ability to establish supplier pipelines, manages business risk, liabilities and constraints.Good experience in sourcing, vendor/supplier selection and management.Demonstrated expertise in provision of high quality customer service in a leveraged environment incorporating an understanding of quality customer service needs.Good English both in oral and writtenProven ability to handle complexityAbility to understand contracts and relevant key contract clausesMust meet and maintain security clearance requirements of EDS and relevant client(s). Mandatory Skills: Ability to work autonomously and under broad direction.Sound knowledge of procurement concepts, processes, activities and trends.Good negotiation skills, including a demonstrated capacity to manage the interface between EDS stakeholders with suppliers and vendors at senior level.Good analytical reasoning to display financial/commercial acumen and have strong analytical skills and reporting skillsGood developed communication and change management skills.Good conflicting re-priority, problem solving and influencing skills. 743 .
