职位类别： 质控/安检 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-03-20 工作经验： 10年以上 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位描述/要求： 职位描述： -负责产品品质管理，带领和管理品质管理团队，全程监控服装工厂的生产进程及产品品质（接收检验、首样检验、过程巡检、终检和发货检验等）； -向一切相关方提供质量保证方面的培训； -负责制定质量管理的考核标准和考核表格并组织实施；制定和不断完善企业质量管理标准，建立一套科学的、有效的质量保证体系，严格贯彻执行企业制度，严格进行检查考核工作； -收集、整理、分析、调研、储存、反馈、传递质检信息，并确保信息的真实性，切合实际地提出合理化建议和处理措施； -总结整理经常出现的问题，及时与供应商或内外部相关部门反馈，监督，检查落实证该方案，从而根本改善产品/服务品质； -负责组织建立企业的质量管理体系，健全质量管理网络，开展系列质量管理活动，使企业的质量管理日趋完善，达到经常化、标准化； -控制和管理供应商产品质量； -处理重大质量问题，客户退货及客户报怨。 职位要求： -纺织品专业本科以上学历； -8年以上服装类产品质量检验管理经验；3年以上外企质管经验； -良好的应变能力，善于处理突发紧急事件；有较强的事业心、责任感和协调能力； -具备与公司共同成长的决心和勇气，执行力强，勇于面对压力和挑战； -良好的语言表达能力、出色的人际关系，具备优异的团队合作精神； -有良好的英语听说的沟通交流及书面提案能力。 Job Description： -Responsible for quality management of products / raw materials by leading the quality control team； -Responsible for delivering the quality related training to all the relevant people including internal quality control team, suppliers, etc；Monitoring the whole apparel production procedures; -Responsible for setting up the quality management system and fostering the continuous improvement culture in the company; -Responsible for collecting, analyzing, studying, keeping and feedbacking all the quality inspection data / information and proposing / implementing the continuous improvement solutions； -Facilitating the discussion with suppliers and other functions of the company to find out the root cause to improve products / service quality; -Responsible for the management and development of the suppliers; -Dealing with customer order returns and complaints for quality problems; Job Requirements： -University degree and above with major in textile； -Min. 8 years of working experience in quality management in Dressing industry; Min. 3 years of quality experience in multi-national companies; -Fast reaction to urgencies; High sense of responsibility and good coordination capabilities; -Good execution skills and able to work under pressure and challenges; Determination to grow and develop with the company; -Good interpersonal skills and excellent team work spirit; -Good command in English language. 联系方式： 电子邮箱： info@ezbizchina.com .
