Manage Chengdu validation team. Be in charge of chip bring-up and validation team build-up Validation environment setup/development and chip validation planning and execution. Improve the validation methodology and flow. Create test plan, design test case, simulate and debug test case, analyse test coverage and execute test plan. Requirement: MS in EE with 6+ years experience of ASIC validation and 2+ years experience project leader. BS in EE with 10+ years experience of ASIC validation and 2+ years experience project leader. Understanding DSP and communications algorithms. Familiar with validation methodologies and validation flow. Experience in test bench and validation environment building. Experience in PHY layer test. Experience in Video codec test Strong problem-solving capabilities. Knowledge and experience in Digital Audio/Video, High speed interface like USB / PCIe / HDMI is a plus. Experience in MPEG codec and C# language is a plus.
