Role Summary (ְλ¸ÅÊö) Responsible for ensuring friendly, fast and accurate processing of all customer transactions. Manages all aspects of store operations including customer service and administration. Motivates and trains staff in store operations to ensure superior customer service. Ensures profitability through correct use of store systems/processes. Manages overall store when fulfilling the roles of manager on duty or sales leader. Maintain good community relationship with government entities and neighboring communities. B. Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions) Ö÷Òª¹¤×÷Ö°Ôð % of Time 1) Oversees all aspects of store operations while manager on duty / sales leader with the focus on driving customer loyalty, revenue&margin. Oversees customer service and processing areas - provides authorization and resolve when applicable. Monitors all cost controls for the store and assist in developing action plans for opportunity areas. È·±£ÃŵêÈÕ³£ÔË×÷°´×ܲ¿Ï´ïµÄÓªÔ˱ê×¼Ö´ÐÐ, ±£»¤¹«Ë¾×ʲú, ½µµÍËðºÄ¡£¸ù¾Ý±ê×¼ÔË×÷Á÷³Ì(SOP)µÄ±ê׼ά»¤ÃŵêµÄ×éÖ¯½á¹¹ 3) Provides follow-up to the functionality of: registers and in-store processor; signature pads and mier readers; cash office equipment; service tracking terminal and printer; phone system; register flip charts/holders and all other related systems to customer processing. ±£Ö¤Ãŵê¸÷ÖÖÉ豸ÄÜÕý³£¹¤×÷¡£ÀýÈçÊÕÒøÏµÍ³¿¼ÇÚÉ豸ÐÅϢϵͳ£¬É¨Ãèǹ£¬ÏÖ½ð·¿É豸£¬´òÓ¡»ú, µç»°ÏµÍ³ÒÔ¼°µêÄ򵀮äËûÉ豸¡£ 4) Ensures store employees are trained in correct use of all POS systems, including but not limited to ROS, STAR, and Customer order, ESC. Assist in identifying training opportunities and through partnership with peer management staff develops action steps to resolve training needs. Proactively communicates future training needs and ensures effective training for new systems or enhancements.
