Monitors materials with no cost and update the same to have a standard cost. Monitors all clearing and dummy account and closed the same to its proper account. Properly check whether all the inventory adjustments have been closed to COGS. Properly check the balance of inventory per physical is equal to the balance per GL. Reconciles the inventory balance per period activity against the balance per GL. Provide an canalization/report of fixed assets purchased every month and record the depreciation. Calculate all the production data (such as product qty,material consumation and material purchased. Matches purchase orders with suppliers’ invoices, obtains proper approvals and assures that bills are paid within Company guide-line. Perform other task that maybe assigned by the controller. Qualifications/training requirements: College degree in Accounting/Finance. At least 1-years experience in Cost Accounting in a manufacturing environment. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software . Knowledgeable about personal computers and software that is normally used in business and financial applications, .prefer to some experience with some EERP system.
