ְλÀà±ð£º ¹¤³Ì»úе Éú²ú/¼Ó¹¤/ÖÆÔì ¹¤×÷µØµã£º ÉϺ£ ·¢²¼ÈÕÆÚ£º 2008-03-19 ¹¤×÷¾­Ñ飺 5-10Äê ×îµÍѧÀú£º ±¾¿Æ ¹ÜÀí¾­Ñ飺 ÊÇ ¹¤×÷ÐÔÖÊ£º ȫְ ÕÐÆ¸ÈËÊý£º 1ÈË Ö°Î»ÃèÊö/ÒªÇó£º Function(s): -Define and coordinate the action plan of the manufacturing engineering team in order to achieve the department objectives . -Short term industrialization plan -Product release in production : Production Process qualification and optimization -Support to production line and subcontractors -Mid-term and long term industrialization plan -Product and process industrialization -Production capacity and technology evolution -Deployment of professionnal tools to improve the department productivity and efficiency ( manufacturing routine , DOE, FMEA , project management ,5S¡­etc) -Make sure the manufacturing processes are compliant with the environment and safety regulations -Maintain the ISO manufacturing procedure up to date . -Follow up the tooling budget and process design KPI -Lead Process FMEA analysis -Lead solving problem working group Requirements: -Bachelor in mechanical engineering and automation, Master is prefer. -Knowledge of usal professionnal and office softwares. -Knowledge in industrial project leadership -English spoken fluently . -3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering management. -Ability to lead multiple projects in parallel. -Team management and action plan follow-up. -Leadership of PFMEA , functional analysis, brainstorming to address techincal issues¡­ -Technical strictness. -Management strictness. -Ability to manage human relations, to listen to and make synthesis. -Ability to maintain and develop the team spririt. -Understanding of the Telecommunication market requirements. -Understanding of the customer business, customer needs and ways of dealing NPI -Understanding of Radiall organization -Follow up of technical evolution (manufacturing means and capabilities and means -Capability to integrate nad teach new tools and methods dedicated to process development and production organization. -Communicate and deploy to his(er) team the Radiall rules and directions -Promote and teach to his(er) team all technics, methodologies linked to connector/cable-assembly design Function Particularity: -Travel in China and abroad ( Supplier and subcontractor visits ) -Training in France . -Conference call with France -Internal relationship: Design engineering , sale and marketing departments , procurement, and all internal services. -External relationship: Customer and suppliers.
