职位类别： 质控/安检 工作地点： 北京 发布日期： 2008-03-19 工作经验： 1-3年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位描述/要求： Location: Beijing Vacancy: 1 Job Responsibility: * As the lead process for all product safety related processes; * Monitor customer complaints and comments and respond to any safety-related complaints in accordance with its obligations under law and regulation; * Monitor agency notification services for agency-issued consumer product safety recalls; * Act as point of contact for vendors wishing to issue voluntary/private recalls; * Act as point of contact for FC for product safety issues; * Prevent open customer orders from being filled or shipped; * Make inventory of the product unavailable; * Make the product unavailable for purchase via Amazon.com catalog; * In the case of a public (agency-issued) recall, notify Amazon.com customers who have purchased the product from Amazon in the past; * Ensure timely disposition of recalled product in inventory in Amazon.com fulfillment centers; * Monitor Amazon.com marketplace for recalled product and stop listings of any product found. Qualification: Minimum * Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office. * Minimum of two years experience. * Ability to handle confidential information. * Interact and consult with all levels of customers. * Basic working knowledge of Fulfillment Center operations. Preferred * Professional certification. * Membership in national or international professional organizations. * Bachelor degree in Business, Legal, and Economics, Science or a similar related discipline. Competencies and skills: * Specific knowledge and/or experience with China and international regulations * Specific knowledge of Consumer product safety regulations, food, drug and cosmetic regulations * Specific knowledge of Consumable products technology/formulation, such as cosmetics and/or Toiletry category * Environmental regulations and hazardous materials regulations * Interpersonal skills: Develops and maintains good working relationships with others. Treats others with respect. Builds trust and rapport. Practices and promotes involvement and cooperation * Results Orientated: Must have a strong drive for results and the ability to thrive in ambiguity, enjoy learning vast avenues of business functions and vendor/ manufacturer/ customer relations, and the creative use of scare resources * Dealing with Ambiguity: Able to function well in loosely structured situations.
