职位类别： 电子/半导体/仪表仪器 工作地点： 北京 发布日期： 2008-03-18 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 3人 职位描述/要求： 高级算法设计工程师 工作职责： 1. 设计开发 DTMB /ATSC/DVB-T 解调器算法； 2. 解决相关的技术问题； 3. 为 RTL 实现和调试工作提供技术支持； 4. 协调 FPGA 和测试芯片的检测及调试； 5. 具有较强的工作主动性和良好的团队精神。 职位要求： 1. 工作经验 1) 5 年以上通讯算法设计开发经验； 2) 在通讯理论和 DSP 方面有较强的工作背景； 3) 具有电子工程硕士或博士学位。 2. 专业知识 1) 全面掌握数据通讯和算法方面的知识； 2) 了解 DTMB/ATSC/DVB-T 等国际 DTV 解调器标准； 3) 具有 COFDM 和 QAM 接收器设计方面的专长，包括接收器的同步、整波等。了解 Reed-Soloman, Viterbi 和 LDDPC 一类的编码和解码器的向前纠错为优； 4) 掌握 MATLAB 、 C 语言编程，有 RTL 编程经验为优； 5) 熟悉连接预算计算和一定的 RF 前端知识者为优； 6) 具有使用实验室设备测试 FPGA 和 ASIC 经验者为优。 招聘数量： 3 人 ------------------------------------ Senior Algorithm Design Engineer Responsibility: Design and develop DTMB /ATSC/DVB-T demodulator algorithms R esolve technical issues Support RTL implementation and debugging Coordinate FPGA and test chip verification and debugging Self motivated and good team worker Requirements: Experience: M inimum 5 years of communication algorithm design and development Strong background in communication theory and DSP MSEE/PhD. EE required, PhD. EE preferred Knowledge: Comprehensive with data communication theories and algorithms. Understanding international DTV demodulator standards such as DTMB/DVB-T/ATSC Expertise in COFDM and QAM receiver design including synchronization, equalization and a plus for understanding forward error correction such Reed Soloman, Viterbi and LDPC encoder and decoder. Master in MAT L AB, C coding, and a plus for RTL coding experience Familiar with link budget calculation and some RF frond end knowledge is a plus.
