Today, we have locations in 17 countries with 56 production plants and 7 R centers, which together total over 10.000 employees. Our clients are OEMS such as Volkswagen, Renault-Nissan, Peugeot-Citroen, Daimler-Chrysler, Ford, and GM. We have an state of the art manufacturing plant in Jiangsu province and a Rep. Office in Shanghai. The opening position will be based in the Rep. Office in Shanghai but also travelling to visit our customers, mainly in Wuhan, Chongqing, Beijing, Nanjing and Shanghai. Position: Sales Manager in Shanghai Qualification&Experience : -4 to 5 years working experience in the automotive sector; -Working experience in Sales of automobile components, preferably metallic components (body in white and/or chassis); -Interacting with Purchasing and Technical departments of OEMs. -Knowledge of stamping; - Familiar with the process of RFQs for clients in the automotive sector (OEM) -Bachelor degree or above, preferred in Automobile, Mechanical Engineering or related major; -Perfect English communications skills in speaking, writing and understanding is a must; -Excellent PC knowledge in professional software (Auto CAD) and MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.); -Working experience in MNC is preferred; -Ready to spend some time travelling inside China. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills; -Self-motivated, sense of high responsibility, willing to learn; -Reliable&loyal; -Good team working spirit, willing to work independently and under pressure. Key Duties&Accountabilities -Responsibile for interacting with the Client (always OEMs) regarding RFQs -Filling up RFQs for clients interacting with our R and D departments worldwide -Defend commercial a technical proposal for supplying metallic components to our clients. -Interaction with the client so to have feedback about economic and technical proposals -Visit and negotiation with clients in accordance with overall company sales strategy; -Establish and maintain favorable work relationships with clients; -Assist the Chief Rep. to identify and develop new business; -Coordinate travel schedule with top management from headquarters in Europe. -Other necessary work required by Chief Rep.
