(promoting innovation, leading change, challenging the status-quo in collaborative manor) Roles and Responsibilities: Reports to Prod Operations Engineering Manager Owner for the CM/outsourced engineering oversight for Prod Ops Eng team Drive a common CM/outsourced engineering services engagement model Engage with GTM in discussions with our CMs Define future needs and capabilities for our outsourced engineering services and CMS/ODM technology capabilities Owner for Value Engineering processes and execution Drive Cisco Systems’ outsourced VE services model Develop, maintain and deploy Cisco Systems’ VE processes Owner for Value Engineering processes and execution Design reviews Project Technical evaluation Supplier Capability Assessment. Supplier project oversight and management Support the Product Operations central engineering team Establish and deploy a joint talent management model with the CDO Specific VE deliverables for FY’08 Establish a clear VE pipeline for FY ‘09 Develop and implement a robust Improve the current VE Develop and deploy a robust VE Skills Required Electrical HW Eng o Electrical Engineering degree. o Needs experience in circuit design and strong knowledge of PCB layout, o Signal Integrity, knowledge is desirable o FPGA and ASIC design experience is desireable o Knowledge of EMI and compliance highly desirable. o Program Management skills and experience preferred. o Good written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin Skills Required Mech Eng o Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree. o Must have strong knowledge of tooling (plastic / sheet metal /casting technologies as well as System assembly processes. o Knowledge of packaging, thermal, and connector process highly desirable. o Program Management skills and experience preferred. o Good written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin 联系方式： alice.wu@zhaopin.com.cn vivian.xia@zhaopin.com.cn .
