职位类别： 财会/审计/统计 工作地点： 深圳 发布日期： 2008-01-24 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 是 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位描述/要求： 成本控制经理1名(面粉事业部) 岗位要求: 1.会计、财务或相关专业大学本科以上学历（MBA优先考虑）； 2.具备CICPA，中级会计师或中级税务师以上职称； 3.10年以上财务及成本控制经验； 4.流利的中英文表达能力，须持有CET-6以上证书； 岗位职责： 1.制定成本控制计划； 2.提出有关改进成本计算系统和流程的建议； 3.对各项成本作出分析及向管理层汇报。 （工作地点：蛇口） Requirement: 1.A Bachelor Degree in accounting/finance related discipline or above 2.Have experience with production planning/scheduling. 3.Qualified with a good track history in production and cost management. 4.Familiarity with MRP systems and FMCG experience will be highly advantageous. 5.Strong attention to detail and an ability to build relationships with people at all levels. 6.Naturally be a self-motivated, energetic person with savvy interpersonal and influencing abilities. 7.Be the mental agility to use initiative in situations of pressure to ensure your cost management reaps results for production. Job Responsibilities 1.Review and analyze existing manufacturing cost system, and be able to identify opportunities for the division to effectively control and plan material usages and production overheads. 2.Oversee the product cost function, estimate and forecast product costs, prepare reports to measure production activities and perform within set KPI"s / budgets. 3.Initiate and co-ordinate cost improvement projects to add value to the production function and to drive maximum performance. 4.Encompass project works looking at continuous improvement to increase productivity and maximize profitability. 联系方式： .
