Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 1.Responsible for planning, organizing and leading quality initiatives through out the organization while meeting the objectives of the Long-term Plan. 2.In-coming material / in-process/ finished goods control, and projects quality control in the whole process, ensure all the quality records and documentation are in place. Deal with quality claims from internal requests and customer request. 3.Regular audit on the suppliers, manufacturers and company’s internal audits, follow up corrective actions in case of nonconformance 4.Maintain and responsible of setting up different standards, quality systems within the company including, ISO 9000, ISO 14001, CCC, CQC, UL, CE, ROHS, etc. 5.Responsible for the department operating budget. 6.Supervise the quality staff and come up with adequate career development program for the department staff. 7.Provide quality training to other functions in the company; make sure the quality awareness is well spread in the company. 8.Communicate and work closely with US quality department on a regular basis. Qualifications / Requirements: 1.Bachelor degree, master degree is preferred, majored in engineering. 2.At least three years quality related work experiences, minimum two years with industrial foreign invested enterprises. 3.Substantial experience in various quality positions with increasing levels of responsibility. 4.Good command of English, both written and oral. 5.Hands-on experience in quality management system set up and running. 6.Prefer have good experience in different standard, such as GB, IEC, CE, UL, ASTM, etc. 联系方式： .
