职位描述(Job Descriptions)： 职位要求(Job Requirements)： 1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，2年以上工作经验。 2、熟悉面向对象的设计与编程，精通J2EE开发经验。 3、熟悉eclipse、Struts、Spring、orm等开源框架。 4、精通Web架构设计，了解AJAX技术及Web2.0设计理念。 5、熟悉Weblogic、Tomcat等应用服务器的配置和使用。 6、熟悉软件工程，熟悉主流设计工具、配置管理工具及测试工具的应用。 7、勤奋敬业，对软件开发有浓厚兴趣，喜爱接受有挑战性的任务。 8、良好的沟通能力，具有团队合作精神。 1. Bachelor degree, Majored in Computer Science of related fields. Working experience of IT fields above 2 years 2. Hands-on skills and knowledge of J2EE development. 3. Hands-on skills and knowledge of open souse of eclipse、Struts、Spring、orm and ect. 4. Be familiar with AJAX technology and Web 2.0 design philosophy. 5. Be familiar with configuration and using of application server in Web logic、Tomcat and ect. 6. Good understanding of software project, mainstream design tool and testing tool application. 7. 8. Diligence and devoir on job, with high interesting on exploitation of software, and like the challenge of assignment 8. Excellent communication and teamwork skills .
