Requires good teamwork with plant staff and engineering contractors. Specialization in mechanical engineering. Supervise the work of the assigned projects by designers, engineering contractors, contractors. Applying rules, standards to Hercules and local requirements. Preparing request for quotations, order requisitions, specifications and project progress/cost reports. Cooperate with departments like procurement, operations, safety etc. to achieve Hercules targets and customer satisfaction. Network with Hercules subject matter experts at other locations. Maintaining and optimizing project documentation. Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in the chemical industry in this function or comparable. Educational Requirements: Bachelor degree Mechanical Engineering (or Master degree) Professional training MSoffice, AutoCAD Excellent use of English Language. Requirements for this function: Flexible attitude, team player, communication skills, customer oriented, cost driven and willingness to learn. Experience with selecting rotating equipment, (pressure) vessels/tanks is recommended. Has a working knowledge of Delta V DCS. Skilled in generation of electrical schematics, system loop diagrams and instrument specifications. Skilled in project management process, including cost estimating, organizational skills, leadership qualities, engineering, procurement and construction scheduling, planning and execution of commissioning plans.
